Bellman Job Description:

Open vehicle door when a guest arrives and departs.
Must have outgoing personality, be friendly and greet guests with a smile.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Inform the guest of parking options
Assist incoming and outgoing guests with transporting luggage to and from guest rooms. May secure, tag, and store luggage at guests’ request.
Must be able to Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests.
Regularly inspect and clean hotel entrances and surrounding areas.
Perform other duties as assigned the job requires carrying, pushing, or lifting items weighing up to 60 pounds.
Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances, or dissatisfied guests.
